scorpion-agents is a private assistant that runs on its owner's own computer and is used only by its owner. This page explains what it does with Google user data.
Data it accesses
- Google Sheets: the owner's own budget spreadsheet. It reads the budget and writes only two things: new rows in an expense log tab, and a done mark in the status column of the budget tables.
- Google Calendar: the owner's calendar events, read-only.
It does not access Gmail, Drive files, contacts or any other Google data.
How the data is used
The data is used only to answer the owner's own questions about their budget, expenses and schedule. Answers are shown to the owner in the owner's private Slack workspace. The data is processed by an AI model that also runs on the owner's computer; it is not sent to any outside AI service.
Storage
Sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's computer, in files readable only by the owner's account. The assistant keeps no copy of the spreadsheet or calendar outside Google, apart from the short-lived conversation history on that same computer.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
scorpion-agents' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the token files on the owner's computer also ends access.
